We have 24,000 square feet of data center space with hundreds of server racks ready for use and space reserved for custom configurable cages of any size.
The role of data centers today resembles the way power plants were used at the start of the industrial age. Operating hardware and software is not a core area of expertise; a specialized provider can offer IT services, ranging from computing power and storage space all the way to complete applications, better and for less money than their potential customers can. And that’s not even taking into consideration the expertise needed to run a data center in a high-quality, secure manner that many companies would be hard-pressed to achieve.
Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with solar power, automatic transfer switches to the electrical grid with generator backup and inline UPS’s. Each server rack is wired with 6,000 watts and optional 12,000-watt racks ready for high-density users. Custom configurations are available and a fully secure shipping area with docks and forklifts.
Security & Surveillance
We restrict access only to authorized personnel. Off-site security personnel monitors all perimeter doors and security alarms. Digital surveillance video cameras monitor and record entry and exit to prevent unauthorized activity. Clients have direct access to the facility 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Power Protection
Our data center delivers continuous power 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Power protection is provided through uninterruptible power supplies with fuel backup to ensure a clean and stable supply of power. Emergency power generators are automatically activated in the event of a power disruption.
Climate Control Systems
Our data center is equipped with redundant, independent cooling units, designed to keep all customer equipment operating at optimum efficiency. Temperature and humidity are electronically controlled, and mechanical cooling systems provide cooling when the outside temperature is above 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Our high capacity system runs 24x7x365.

Network Infrastructure
Existing fiber connectivity to Rogers, Bell Canada, Fibernetics, Orange, AKN & Megawire ensures redundant connectivity to the internet. We are also carrier neutral with a secure Meet Me Room for connections to any other service provider you may require.
Cabinets, Cages & Suites
Individuals can choose from an array of cabinet sizes, have full access to their cages, and are welcome to arrange them in any way they please.
